Additional Checklist For Special Desks: 1. Desk with underframe: Ensure contact surface width between the clip plate and metal rim is greater than or equal to 50mm(1.97"). 2. Desk with side panel: Ensure distance between desktop edge and side panel is greater than or equal to 60mm(2.37"). 3. Desk with back panel: Ensure depth between desktop and back panel is greater than or equal to 100mm(3.94").

Important Note: Gas spring is pre-set to medium tension. Adjust according to monitor weight once hung.

Solution for Crooked VESA Plate: After securing stand to desk, attach monitor first, then hold sides with both hands and rotate. If issues persist, contact us for assistance.

Compatibility: Monitor size up to 32", VESA pattern of 75x75mm or 100x100mm, weight 4.4-17.6lbs.

VESA Pattern Solutions: For patterns of 200x100mm or 200x200mm, purchase VESA extender adapter. For other patterns, get suitable VESA adapter.

Desk Thickness Solution: If desk is thicker than 4.53", contact us for longer clamp.

Mounting on Glass Table: Not recommended. For safety reasons, use a reinforcement plate (MU0038).
